Backrow Beta · Growing Locally
For the People Who Make Sundays Happen.
Your role is ministry. You need people to learn from, serve alongside, and grow with.
You do what you do so others can do what they do. You prepare, notice the details, and keep distractions out of the way so people can focus on Christ. Backrow gives you a community to share that work with.

We Grow When We Share.
A Shared Calling.
A Place to Belong.
Every person brings something to the team. Connect with people across audio, video, lighting, IT, and production leadership. Learn from their strengths, share yours, and build relationships that support you through the work and the ministry.
Teach What You Know.
Everyone can learn, and you have something worth sharing. Talk through a troubleshooting lesson, how you care for your gear, or a process you improved. Help each other make things better, even when it takes more work.
Put Your Strengths to Work.
Help people understand your experience and where you can contribute. Share your story and links, and use “Put Me to Work” to show the opportunities you’re open to.

Your Church. Your Crew.
Add Your Team to the Backrow.
Your team needs a place to belong and room to grow. Give staff, team leaders, and volunteers a private space to prepare during the week, share what they know, and come ready to serve.
Bring Your Team TogetherUse your Backrow account. Team creators need approved membership in an active Location.
Document It. Give It Away.
You’ve learned the little things that make a Sunday go well. Put them into SOPs and checklists, from caring for equipment to leaving the booth ready for the next person. Share the why so someone else can take ownership.
Prepare During the Week.
Sunday’s pressure is easier to handle when the team knows the plan. Share weekly updates and notifications ahead of time. Clear systems help you bring order to chaos and stay calm when something changes.
Build People. Build Community.
Your newest volunteer can learn. Your most experienced operator can grow. Give them room to ask questions, practice, and serve alongside someone who cares. Build a team where each person belongs and brings their strengths.
