Help Your Local Community Grow
You don’t need every answer to help people grow. Welcome church staff and high-level volunteers, connect people with different strengths, and make room for questions. A healthy community starts with people who care about each other.
Personally invite people in your area without spamming them. Plan at least one event every quarter: a coffee meetup, roundtable, tour, or practical workshop can be enough.
